Bilgili Holding has introduced a new way of life with its One Ortaköy Project. At
the same time, it has a number of other signature restoration and construction
projects underway in the tourism and construction sectors, among them the
Radisson Blu Conference & Airport Hotel, Istanbul, W Istanbul, Ajia Hotel, West
Blocks, Akaretler Sıraevler and bodrumbodrum.
An experimental strategy developed to address the effects of contextual elements
was used employed for the structure, facade and general management of this
project. The GAD design solution has increased the efficiency of various features of
One Ortaköy. The roof of the building has been landscaped for recreational
purposes and this green rooftop space gives the building a more intimate look,
helping it fit in with the existing topography. The building’s stone façade blends with
the texture of the natural hillside. Because of these features, One Ortaköy stands
out as Istanbul’s most uniquely designed boutique project, a development that brings
new life to one of Istanbul’s most luxurious and bustling centers. The project has a
total area of 6,797m² and a 17,713m² construction field. It holds 95 residences with
spaces ranging from 98-325 m² to choose from on six floors and three underground
floors designated for parking and storage. The project offers 24-hour security, two
covered parking areas for each residence and guest parking, a fitness center, sauna,
steam room and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Kitchens were designed using
the German appliance brand Nolte and the brand Siemens was used for built-in
products.
The private, greenery-covered landscaped roof is among One Ortaköy’s key
distinguishing features, and this project offers residents a nature-surrounded
environment with 2,600m² of walking areas in addition to the rooftop gardens.
One Ortaköy also invites you to enjoy the outdoor rooftop swimming pool with a
view of the Bosporus and the bridge.
