shipments.
We voluntarily abandon the ownership and/or any rights over the Cargo. We agree that the
Carriers may dispose of the Cargo in any manner they choose.
In the event of any proceedings for equipment to be returned to carrier in empty and sound
condition, we provide you or any of your servants or agents with sufficient funds to prevent
direct/indirect loss, damage or expenses of whatsoever nature which you may sustain
resulting from our abandonment notice as aforesaid.
Further, we waive any and all claims which we may have in relation to the Cargo and the
above carriage contract against the Carriers, and hold the Carriers harmless from any claims,
cost, expenses or liability in the event that a third party claims that he/she is entitled to have
the ownership of the Cargo.
