SUMMARY: Receives Raw Material, ships Finished Goods, and handles/moves Raw Material/Finished Goods
with consistence of quality, accuracy, efficiency, and safety. Supplies the proper materials and ingredients to the
production line and pull finished product from the line for placement into the warehouse. Maintains the count
integrity of the inventory by using a systematic cycle counting process to count stock items within the warehouse,
and work to correct the discrepancies in SAP. Coordinates their activities involving support of other business
units in order to meet and/or exceed the business units Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Process inbound loads accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate Accounting efficiency.

Inspect and monitor the unloading of all Raw Materials and verify counts and lot numbers, notifying the
Logistics Department, Purchasing and Quality Assurance of rejection of contaminated loads. Interface with
Accounting on receipt and shipment issues

Responsible for determining specific locations, printing barcode labels, labeling pallets and for transporting
the pallets to the appropriate warehouse location.

Responsible for unloading/loading all pallets to transport to the staging area, for checking packing list/bill of
lading for any discrepancies and for completing appropriate paperwork.

Bring Raw Material/Finished Goods issues to the Logistics Department in a proactive manner and interface
with Quality Assurance, Production and Purchasing on production related problems when unable to resolve.

Provide materials and ingredients to the production line in a timely and efficient manner and ensure proper
workflow in Raw Materials/Finished Goods to meet production and internal requirements.

Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse both physically and within the
warehouse management system.

Perform case picking for customer orders as well as hand stacking for product sorting and special skid
building and ensure Finished Goods are properly stored, staged, loaded and shipped as well as process
customer returns timely and accurately.

Effectively solves problems to be consistent in receiving Raw Material and shipping Finished Goods.

Perform cycle counts using SAP as required and report results to the Logistics Supervisor, as well as
perform warehouse maintenance to consolidate finished product and raw materials while maintaining FIFO

Perform basic Shipping/Receiving functions on computer system such as printing customer orders, printing
bills of lading, packing slips and verifying product put away and inventory and lot status.

Make recommendations to the Logistics Department and Quality Assurance for quality and process
improvements.

Perform and complete a daily forklift pre-operation inspection, reporting any major problems to Logistics
Manager.

Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area following company SOP’s and GMP’s and support and
participate in safety activities to achieve departmental and plant wide goals and objectives.

Adhere to all company policies, programs, rules, regulations, and safety rules.

Maintain OSHA Certified Forklift License.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to

skill, and/or ability required. Forklift, Lot Control, and RF Experience are recommended. Reasonable

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent; one to three years related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. One to two years’ experience
operating a forklift.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group
situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole
numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compare rate, ration, percent and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out detailed and involved
written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized
situations.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The
team member is frequently exposed to heat and cold conditions depending upon outside temperatures and climate.
The team member is frequently exposed to sharp metal objects and liquid food product and/or mold and mildew.
Protective equipment must be worn around metal objects and liquid product when exposed to these conditions.
The noise level in the work environment is at a level that hearing protection must be worn in production areas.
