Riverside Immediate Care TeleMedicine Frequently Asked Questions How do I know if I am eligible? The Riverside Immediate Care TeleMedicine visit is open to Riverside employees and their families who are currently enrolled in one of Riverside’s four medical insurance plans. Insurance plans include: Comprehensive HSA, Enhanced HSA, Traditional PPO and Standard PPO. How much will I have to pay for my TeleMedicine visit? By simply using your credit card, you will pay: Standard PPO or Traditional PPO: $10 copay For Riverside Healthcare Employees enrolled in the Standard PPO or Traditional PPO, the cost of each TeleMedicine visit is a $10 copay at time of service. Comprehensive HSA or Enhanced HSA: $49 applied to plan deductible For Riverside Healthcare Employees enrolled in the Comprehensive HSA or Enhanced HSA, the entire amount of the TeleMedicine visit is applied to deductible. Employees will pay $10 at the time of service and the remaining $39 will be billed when the claim is processed. If it is determined that the annual deductible has been met, co-insurance applies and the difference will be refunded. TeleMedicine is available to employees and their spouse/dependents enrolled in one of Riverside’s four medical plans (above). Please refer to your Riverside medical plan for more information. Can I participate in a TeleMedicine visit without downloading the Riverside Immediate Care App? No. You must download both the Riverside Immediate Care App and Cisco WebEx App to complete your TeleMedicine visit.
