At Today’s Dentistry, husband and wife team Drs. Bennie Clark and
Lorraine Polite Clark provide some of the most advanced restorative and
cosmetic care in Northeast Florida. The Clarks’ mission is to provide a lifetime
of optimum oral health while striving to nurture patient relationships based
on trust, phenomenal customer service and superb patient care.
Since visiting the dentist doesn’t rate high on anyone’s list of relaxing
things to do, both doctors focus on helping patients conquer fear by offering
oral sedation dentistry. They take pride in helping their patients achieve and
maintain beautiful smiles and always take the time to talk with their patients
to explain their treatment options in detail. Today’s Dentistry’s main objective
is to provide patients with a comfortable office experience where the qualified
staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and uses the most modern techniques
available to treat the most sensitive mouths.
“We are continually updating our training to ensure that our practice
stays abreast of the remarkable advancements in dental care,” says Dr. Bennie
Clark. “Our healthcare background in pharmacy, availability of latest

With more than a decade of continuous training and experience, both
husband and wife received bachelor’s degrees in pharmacy from Florida
Agricultural and Mechanical University and doctorates of medical dentistry
at the University of Florida. They are members of the American Dental
Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Academy of Cosmetic
Dentistry, National Dental Association and Dental Organization for
Conscious Sedation (DOCS).
Drs. Polite & Clark dedicate themselves to providing the most gentle and
thorough treatment, whether performing a simple filling or complex cosmetic
reconstruction. “Our philosophy regarding care is that we must provide the
same level of excellence for our many patients that we would our own family,”
says Dr. Lorraine Polite Clark. “We consider our greatest professional successes
