Program Cost Budget Sheet for Mexico: Monterrey - Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (Semester Exchange) Cost per student Budget Item Non-Refundable Application Fee * Tuition * $100.00 $23,550.00 Insurance * $100.00 Billable subtotal: $23,750.00 Total: $23,750.00 Notes: APPLICATION FEE Upon submission of an application, the student agrees to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE $100 application fee. This will be billed via USD Student Accounts and should be paid directly to USD. This amount is charged regardless of any application fees paid directly to a host university or program provider. TUITION Tuition (12-18 units) is paid directly to USD. Students will be billed via USD Student Accounts. Tuition payment is due in full 10 days prior to the program start date. ADDITIONAL ESTIMATED EXPENSES Student should budget for the the additional expenses listed below plus round-trip airfare. Please note, these expenses could vary greatly depending on the individual student's spending habits, restaurant choices, personal shopping, additional weekend travel plans, etc. Estimated Semester Expenses Include: Housing: $1,700- $,3,300 Meals: $1, 214 Immigration Expenses: $167 Miscellaneous (shopping, entertainment, etc: $1,170 INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE All students participating in a USD-affiliated study abroad program are covered by USD's international insurance policy through ACE/EuropAssist.
