SUMMER ADMISSION POLICIES
1.
Solid Rock Academy will be open from 6:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday - Friday. Since our staff works long
hours, it is very important that your child be picked up by 6:00 P.M. If a child is picked up after 6:00 P. M., there will
be a charge of $1.00 per minute for the time beyond our normal closing. The fee must be paid at that time, in cash.
No checks will be accepted.

Registration fee is non-refundable. The fees for the Academy are payable in advance. Weekly fees are due on
Monday and Tuesday of each week. If the fees are not paid by 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, a late fee of $10.00 will be
added. Bi-weekly tuition fees are due on Monday and Tuesday of the first week. If fees are not paid by 6:00 P.M. on
Tuesday of the second week, a late fee of $20.00 will be added. Thereafter, a $10.00 late fee will be charged for each
week late.

The parent/legal guardian must complete all forms on the child. We require an application ($25.00) for all new
enrollees, current immunization record, a certified birth certificate, and a Georgia Certificate for ear, eye, and dental
examination prior to the first day of school.

Each Pre-School and Pre-Kindergarten child will have the advantage of an afternoon nap. All three and four year olds
need a 2-½ inch mat. This may be purchased through the Academy for $25.00.

Fees are payable by check, money order, cash or credit cards. (Discover, Master Card, Visa, and American Express).
All checks should be made payable to Solid Rock Academy. There is a $35.00 charge for returned checks. “Cash
Only” after three returned checks.
6.
We know that in the summertime, children visit their grandparents, relatives, or stay with their older brothers and
sisters. Therefore, Solid Rock is offering a Drop-In Service for those parents who wish to bring their child/children
for one day or two days when needed. If a child is in attendance for two or more days, the full weekly tuition will be
required. If a child is enrolled in the summer program and takes a full week’s vacation, half tuition will be expected.
A two-week notice is required in order to receive half tuition rate.
7.
Tuition fees for the summer cover Monday through Friday, for 6:30 A.M – 6:00 P.M. Activity fees are not included
with tuition fees.
8.
Tutorial fees are $35.00 per hour. Specialized tutoring is available.
9.
A student is not required to attend Solid Rock Academy’s Summer Camp to enroll in any tutoring or summer school
classes.
10.
All field trips must be paid in cash.
