POLICY STATEMENT:

Pickering Interfaces understands and appreciates the ever-growing concern to the significant and
increasing volume of fraudulent/counterfeit electronic parts entering the supply chain. These parts
pose a significant performance, reliability, and safety risk.
In order to counter these parts Pickering Interfaces has established requirements and practices to
mitigate the risk of buying, receiving, and selling these parts, including.
1/ Pickering Interfaces are a quality driven organisation and maintain certification to the
international ISO 9001: standard.
2/ Pickering Interfaces fully own and control their manufacturing sites and processes; as such have
full control of all components entering the production environment.
3/ Pickering Interfaces maintain an active list of approved suppliers, these include authorized
franchised suppliers, Original Component Manufacturers (OCM) and accredited independent
distributors.
4/ Pickering Interfaces products are only available through fully owned sales channels and
authorised representatives.
OUR COMMITMENT:
Do not knowingly procure fraudulent/counterfeit materials.
Ask our suppliers to undertake reasonable due diligence with their supply chains to assure only
genuine materials are purchased.
If we discover fraudulent/counterfeit materials, we will take appropriate actions to remove from the
supply chain.
