Access To Care - Johnson County Dental Health Initiative Low Cost Dental Resource Referral List Johnson County Dental Health Initiative - Dental Line: (317) 696-7281 Scope of Care: For adults who are experiencing acute dental pain and have no ability to pay for dental care. Local dentists volunteer services to treat adults who have completed an application process through the Johnson County Dental Health Initiative located at St. Thomas Free Clinic and are placed on a waiting list. Patients are scheduled with volunteer dentists for a one-time appointment. Resource Referrals WindRose Health Network (3 locations) can provide a sliding fee scale for medical appointments only. No dentist or dental care is available at these locations; however, patients who have infection due to their dental need may be seen and provided an antibiotic.
