FGB’s SME business solutions recognised at Enterprise Agility Awards
FGB receives Enterprise Agility Award within the SME Banking Sector category
Dubai, 9 November, 2014: FGB, one of the leading banks in the UAE, has been honoured in the SME
Banking Sector category of the inaugural Enterprise Agility Awards, which were recently held at the
Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai.
The awards, which were presented by Du and organised by Entrepreneur MENA, a division of BNC
Publishing, celebrate enterprise leaders and individuals who have distinguished themselves by
demonstrating innovation and outstanding business conduct. With this award-win, FGB has been
recognised as an industry innovator, which has made a significant contribution to the Middle East business
arena, and helped to set benchmarks for corporations operating in the Middle East.
The award also highlights the important role that FGB’s business solutions division is playing in driving
SME development and entrepreneurship across the UAE, offering a range of innovative products and
services that meet the needs of small businesses and enable them to grow.
Hana Al Rostamani, Head of the Consumer Banking Group at FGB, said: “SMEs account for 60% of the
