Cabin Management Agreement Ty and and Suzy Hodge, agents for Creative Escape LLC., agree to arrange for the advertising, reservations, cleanings and general management of your rental property. We will handle the monetary transactions, pay the monthly sales tax, and provide cleaning and paper supplies. The fee for this service is 30 percent of the gross nightly rate for the cabin/rental property. Cabin Maintenance is the responsibility of the owner. (i.e. Heat and Air, Hot tub, appliance breakdowns and structural repair) We will see to it that these items are taken care of but cabin owners are responsible for payment of these repairs. We will need to know if you will accept pets or not. If you do accept pets we require extra $ for cleaning and you get the balance of your pet fee. Payment of your net sales will be submitted by the 10th of the month following applicable sales. Laundry and cleaning costs will be deducted. You certify that your cabin is fully insured and meets all minimum safety requirements. You will provide three changes of all laundry including, towels, wash clothes, sheets and kitchen towels. If a hot tub is available for your guests, you will also provide ample towels for it. This contract can be absolved or amended by either party with a minimum 30day notice. However, it is agreed that all reservations made prior to the termination of the contract be honored by both parties. Cabin Owner Creative Escapes Representative Date Date
