Terms of Service
1.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
FINN.no AS (hereinafter FINN) offers a publishing service for classified ads on the Internet, and has in this
regard developed a module (hereinafter Datafeed Service), which allows authorized operators / systems
(hereinafter Providers) to publish ads to FINN on behalf of their customers. The main purpose of the
Datafeed Service is to ensure a reliable and efficient information transfer between the Providers and FINN.
This agreement authorizes the Provider to act on their customers' behalf for publication and subsequent
changes to the ads, and regulates the conditions for the Provider’s use of the Datafeed Service.
Posting ads on behalf of the Provider’s customers requires that these customers also have an individual
agreement with FINN (called Partnership Agreement), that governs the relationship between FINN and the
customer.
2.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
To ensure data quality and access to functionality, the Provider shall transmit data using the current technical
interfaces and formatting standards.

subject to change according to the notification period stated in section nr. 7
FINN reserves the right to not publish transmitted advertisements without vendor ID or correct formats.
3.
DISCLOSURE OF CLASSIFIED
Ads trough the Datafeed Service are published similarly to other ads, and are made available through FINNs
current graphical user interface for the various channels (pc, mobile, apps, etc.).
FINN may remove residual formatting codes.
4.
SUPPORT
The Provider is responsible for providing its customers with satisfactory user support for its own systems,
including functionality for publishing and changing ads on FINN.no.
If the Provider becomes aware of technical errors or irregularities, these should be reported to FINN
technical support as soon as possible. Outside of business hours (08-17) reported to FINN support at

Both parties shall keep each other informed of any changes in contact information.
5.
ACCESS TO FINN DATABASE
The Provider is given access to the Datafeed Service to enable the publishing of its customers’ classified ads
in accordance with these Terms of Service. The Partner shall not provide other third parties access to the
Datafeed Service.
The Provider is not entitled to extract or allow extraction of data from FINN’s database without FINN’s prior
written consent.
The Provider has no ownership or right of use to any software or data provided by FINN other than as
stated in these Terms of Service.
6.
RESALE OF ADS
The Provider is not entitled to act as an agent or reseller of ads on FINN without FINN’s prior consent.
7.
CHANGES IN THE DATAFEED SERVICE AND TERMS
FINN reserves the right to update the Datafeed Service, including changing in the interface, formats and
required fields, as well as these Terms of Service, with a three months' written notice.
The parties shall cover their own expenses relating to development or investments on their own computer
systems, as well as necessary upgrades and maintenance.
8.
BREACH OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE
If Provider commits a substantial breach of its obligations under these Terms of Service, FINN may deny
further access to the Datafeed Service.

9.
LIABILITY
The parties of this agreement shall not be liable for the other party’s loss due to technical difficulties, service
interruption, errors or lost data, or any other loss or damage resulting from this agreement, unless the
damage or loss is caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The parties liability is limited to the direct financial losses incurred by the other party, and is in any event
limited to NOK 20.000,-. FINN’s liabilities to the party’s customers are governed by the Partnership
Agreement, and the Provider shall indemnify FINN against any loss FINN may incur from these or other third
parties.
10. TERMINATION AND ASSIGNMENT
The agreement is valid from signing until terminated by either party with a three months’ notice.
The Provider is not entitled to assign its rights and obligations granted under these Terms of Services
without the prior written consent of FINN. FINN have the rights to assign its rights and obligations under the
terms to companies within the Schibsted Media Group.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Norwegian law shall apply to any dispute relating to these Terms of Service, which will be litigated
exclusively at the Oslo District Court.
