JNJ-61186372 recovered in serum from cynomolgus monkeys treated with JNJ-61186372 inhibited ligandinduced phosphorylation of both EGFR and cMet in a lung cancer cell line. H292 cells were serum-starved,
then stimulated with either EGF (A) or HGF (B) in the presence of serial concentrations of JNJ-61186372,
either recovered from cyno monkey treated with JNJ-61186372 (solid squares), or purified JNJ-61186372 in
same final concentration of cyno serum (open circles). Levels of phosphorylated EGFR (A) or cMet (B) were
measured by MSD (RCL=relative chemiluminescence), with three biological replicates at each point. Mean
RCL values are plotted ± SEM.
