and Prostate cancer
 Helps with skin care when eaten or put directly on the
skin.

 It has silicon and sulfur which help to stimulate hair
growth
 Contains phytochemicals that can prevent heart disease
 Cures diabetes, reduces cholesterol, and controls blood
pressure

 Relieves bad breath

Growing Cucumbers:
These vegetables grow in temperate and tropical environments at
temperature between 60-90 degrees Fahrenheit. They must always be in
rich soil and hydrated because they are sensitive to heat.
The take a minimum 65 days to grow full sized. Once the
cumbers are thick/ripe and dark green, they are ready for harvest.
They also have yellow flowers that grow on them, which is why
many people claim that it is a fruit.
How to prepare cucumbers?
Cucumbers can be pickled, cooked, or eaten raw. They have to
be washed before served and leaves should be removed.
