Dear Friends
I know I wrote you not too long ago, but I
am just so excited that I want to share the
reason with you
An exciting vision
God gave me a vision that really excites
me. I heard about Joseph’s mission. God
showed him what would happen in the
future and put him in a place of authority
and gave him wisdom how to prepare for
the famine that was to come. Not for
himself, but for the whole nation and the
nations around. He went ahead and
prepared so that in the terrible time to
come, he would be able to provide food,
safety, life, hope.
In our time, the world does not look good
either; there is political and economic
instability,
war,
terrorism,
famine,
diseases, natural catastrophes, etc. The
list is long, and it is not getting better, but
worse. There are much harder times
ahead as the bible tells us. The world will
be greatly shaken and many will have
great fear. The people will not only suffer
of a natural famine, but of a spiritual
famine. All they used to put their security
in might be away in a moment: house, job,
money, partner, etc. If you lost everything
in this world, what do you hold on to? Only
if you are rooted and grounded in the love
and knowledge of God and his plans, you
will stand and be unmovable and
unshakable – and more than that!
We believers are called to be a light. We
need to arise and stand firm, go ahead,
prepare ourselves to help and lead the
others. We will have understanding of the
times because we are friends of God who
have studied his word and have spent a lot
of time in his presence.

I want to get the best training possible to
get prepared spiritually and practically for
crisis situations.
I want to work for a
disaster relief
organization and get
trained in Emergency
Management.
I am being reminded of the mission
statement that I wrote about 6 months
ago:
My passion is to rescue people out
of
crisis
situations,
guide,
strengthen and encourage them
and bring them new hope.

to express in Mission Statements. Can
somebody help me fit them all together?!
(Just joking, but help is indeed welcome!)

public service involving a degree of danger

police.

My heart is to prepare, support and
empower believers in Christ to make
God’s love known to Muslims.
