JUDY’S FAVOURITE FLU AND COLD ALTERNATIVE REMEDIES
Chapter 1 - Introduction
So, you got sick, did you?
We all have experienced the dreaded cold/flu season with time in bed and feeling like we have
been hit by a mac truck, as the saying goes. So, how did you manage? Did you stick with
conventional methods or did you use natural ways or a combination
of both?
Being in the Health and Wellness Industry for 30 years I have
knowledge and wisdom about all types of ways to treat cold and flu
symptoms, both allopathic and naturopathic.
From years of vast experiences, I have assembled tried and true
methods and practices and now have complied them to share with
you.
I have used all types of methods for healing over the years. My quest began when I intuitively
knew to search for alternative ways of looking after the body. I had five children and keeping
them healthy was an ongoing task for me. I was well versed in with the medical side of
treatment as my mom was a nurse. But, when I saw how natural methods allowed for the body
to heal naturally I knew I had come home. This is who we are at core level, part of the earth and
all the living flora and other species. It made sense to me to begin at mother earth. All I did was
research the ancient scripts and documents. All the information was there, now all I had to do
was to bring it into the family.
Actually, it was easy to do, because that had results. Yup, instant result from natural methods!
So, even today they follow the natural protocols and have embraced the tried and true ways.
Whatever you choose, just know that every single natural method has documented support.
Please do your own research and make informed choices for yourself and family.
How to use this book.
All the information in this book is from years of notes taken, research done, tested recipes,
valued, ancient wisdom and just plain experience, tried and practiced for many years on myself,
family, friends and clients.

I have not listed them in any particular order. Although I do have my favourites and ones that
seem to work fast for me. I will highlight those and make reference as to how they have served
me.
My suggestion for you would be to scan through the numerous alternatives and pay attention
to your intuition (your gut feeling), you will find one or more remedy options that feel just right
for you.
It is important to pay attention to your body. It is highly intuitive and always tuned into Source
Energy/Universal Forces. When you ask what it needs, your body will respond accordingly.
This takes some practice, took me years, but with some guidance, faith and diligence you will be
able to tune into to your body’s energies and walk into your well-being.
It is the total difference of you taking accountability and responsibility for your own body than
letting others tell you what you need.
I am available for support as you learn to listen to your body’s signals and requests. Please
reach out to me.
Disclaimer…always seek Professional Advice as your situation warrants it.

Chapter 2 - Cold or Flu?
Flu or Cold Symptoms?
If you are sneezing, coughing, and have that achy, feverish, exhausted feeling before you get
out of bed and can't move a muscle, how do you know whether you have cold symptoms or the
flu?
A cold is typically a milder respiratory illness than the flu. While cold symptoms can make you
feel yucky for a few days, flu symptoms can make you feel quite ill for a few days to sometimes
weeks. If not treated properly, always take into consideration that colds and flu can result in
serious conditions. Please seek medical advice
What are common cold symptoms?
Typical cold symptoms usually begin with a swollen
gland, sore throat, which usually goes away after a day
or two. Nasal symptoms, runny nose, sinus headaches
and congestion follow, along with a cough by the fourth
and fifth day. Fever is uncommon in adults, but a slight
fever can be possible. Children are more likely to have a
fever with a cold.
With cold symptoms, the nose runs watery nasal
secretions for the first few days. Later, these become
thicker and darker. Dark mucus is natural and does not usually mean you have developed a
bacterial infection, such as a sinus infection.
Did you know that several hundred different viruses may cause your cold symptoms?
How long do cold symptoms last?
Cold symptoms usually last for about a week. During the first three days that you have cold
symptoms, you are contagious. This means you can pass the cold to others, so stay home and
get some much-needed rest.
Sometimes you may mistake cold symptoms for allergic rhinitis (hay fever) or a sinus infection.
If cold symptoms begin quickly and are improving after a week, then it is usually a cold, not
allergy. If your cold symptoms do not seem to be getting better after a week, please seek
medical advice.
5
JUDY’S FAVOURITE FLU AND COLD ALTERNATIVE REMEDIES
What are common flu symptoms?
Flu symptoms are usually more severe than cold symptoms and come on quickly. Symptoms of
flu include sore throat, fever, headache, muscle aches and soreness, congestion, and cough.
Swine flu in particular is also associated with vomiting and diarrhea.
Most flu symptoms gradually improve over two to five days, but it's not uncommon to feel run
down for a week or more. A common complication of the flu is pneumonia, particularly in the
young, elderly, or people with lung/heart conditions.
If you notice shortness of breath, seek a Health Care Practitioner now. Another common sign of
pneumonia is fever that comes back after having been gone for a day or two.

Chapter 3 - Old Wisdom Treatments
Grandma’s / Ancient Remedies.
Hydrogen Peroxide
Did you know that if you use Hydrogen Peroxide when you first experience a cold/flu symptom
you can eliminate your symptoms
With an eyedropper put hydrogen peroxide in one ear until full and lay on your side. Let it sit
for 10-15 minutes. You will feel and hear it bubbling. That's normal. Drain and then repeat with
the other side.
Within the next day your cold will be gone. Crazy but true, colds can enter through our ears and
hydrogen peroxide eliminates it like no other.
Make sure you use food grade hydrogen peroxide sold in Health Food Stores. This needs to be
diluted 11-1 before use. Please read directions on the bottle.
It works for me. Even physicians recommend this.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Get ready to cough out that phlegm!
Gargle with apple cider vinegar. You can dilute it a little bit with water if you need, but try not
to, it’s so much more powerful straight up.
Make sure you use Certified Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar that is unfiltered, unheated,
unpasteurized and 5% acidity. It is also important that it contains the amazing “Mother” which
occurs naturally as strand-like enzymes of connected protein molecule.
You'll feel immediate relief.
Clove Oil
At the first sign of a cold, put one drop of clove oil under your tongue. I will warn you, it tastes
awful. One thing though, the longer you wait to do this, the longer it takes to be effective.
The health benefits of clove oil can be attributed to its antimicrobial, antifungal, antiseptic,
antiviral, aphrodisiac and stimulating properties.
Make sure you use High Quality Therapeutic Essential Oils.

Heat
Keep heat on the back of the neck by using a heating pad or a hot water bottle. You can also
use a microwaveable neck pillow.
Heat will help to relieve pain, soothe the nervous system and calm the mind.
Fluids
Consume lots of fluids. You have heard this before, not only when we are well, but especially
when we are feeling ill.
Our bodies are mostly water, about 70% for an adult. According to H.H. Mitchell, Journal of
Biological Chemistry 158, the brain and heart are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are
about 83% water. The skin contains 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and even the
bones are watery: 31%.
Each day we must consume a certain amount of water to survive. This varies according to age
and gender, and also by where someone lives. Generally, some adult male needs about 3 liters
while an adult female needs about 2.2 liters per day. Some
of our water is found in foods that have a high-water intake.
Please do your own research and make sure you are
drinking healthy water. I drink alkaline and R/O water.
Adding lemon to your water makes it alkaline. Most of us
never consider the acid/alkaline balance of our blood, but a
proper pH is a crucial aspect to our health.
Many doctors stress the importance of pH because a
balanced pH protects us from the inside out. They say,
disease and disorder, cannot take root in a body whose pH
is in balance.
Aside from lots and lots of water daily and more when we are not feeling well, adding in other
types of foods that have fluids is beneficial for healing. See charts below.

Soups
Don’t forget the famous chicken soup or any type of
healthy soups. Research about chicken soup theorizes
that by inhibiting the migration of these infectionfighting cells in the body, chicken soup essentially helps
reduce upper respiratory cold symptoms. It reduces
inflammation, which in turn helps clear mucus and
reduce congestion. In addition, the hot steam from
chicken soup can help relieve congestion and this may
be its chief advantage for relieving the symptoms of cold
and flu.
Chicken soup is also high in zinc, a mineral that helps to strengthen your immune system and
may reduce the length of a cold. What’s not to love about this dish?
The researchers couldn’t identify the exact ingredient or ingredients in the soup that made it
effective against colds but say it may be the combination of vegetables and chicken that work
together.
Acupressure
Acupressure is a wonderful way to relieve discomfort for a number of ailments, and colds are
no exceptions. If you are experiencing sinus pressure or discomfort with your cold, there are
three main pressure points that you can utilize to relieve the pressure and release congestion.
Your sinus cavities are mucosa lined air filled pockets located within the bones of the face and
skull. Each one opens into a corresponding nasal meatus (aka, nasal passage.) There is the
superior meatus, middle meatus, and inferior meatus. When your sinuses fill up with mucous
and become inflamed, not only is breathing obstructed, you will also have a face full of pressure
and pain.
By triggering the right pressure points, you can open up the blocked sinus cavities and open up
your nasal passages, relieving pressure and releasing blocked congestion.
B2: B2 is on the bladder meridian, and will affect your frontal sinuses, which are located behind
the brow ridges. This point itself is located in the indents of your upper eye sockets, on either
side of the bridge of your nose where it meets the ridge of your eyebrows. Rest your index
fingers alongside your nose with the tips in the indents, and gradually apply pressure, holding
the points for 2-3 minutes. Towards the end, gradually lighten the pressure. Breathe deeply.
11
JUDY’S FAVOURITE FLU AND COLD ALTERNATIVE REMEDIES
LI20: LI20, or large intestine 20, will open up and relieve the maxillary sinuses. The maxillary
sinuses are the largest, and are typically what you think of when you think of sinus pressure.
The point is located underneath your eyes, just beneath the cheekbones. You will find if you
press up there will be a little indent that may or may not feel a little tender. A gentle pressure is
all that is needed here. Hold the points for 2-3 minutes, gradually increasing the pressure, and
lightning it at the end. Breathe deeply.
St3: St3, or stomach 3, also relieves the maxillary sinuses. The points are located just a little bit
further out and a tad below LI20. You can apply pressure to St3 at the same time as LI20, which
can sometimes have a greater effect.
Also, hold the points for 2-3 minutes, gradually increasing pressure and then decreasing it at
the end. Breathe deeply.

Neti Pot
This is one of my favourites and I notice the difference with my sinuses immediately.
The neti pot, a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that dates back thousands of years.
Nasal passages are the first line of defense against pollution, allergens, and other irritants; it’s
important to keep them clean and functioning. A nasal wash, also known as a rinse or irrigation,
is an effective way to flush out mucus and toxins and keep your passages healthy.
When you breathe in allergens, pollution, and other forms of irritation, mucus production can
increase, setting the stage for congestion and infection. By performing a nasal rinse before this
has a chance to occur, you can prevent and relieve symptoms that accompany sinus infections,
common colds, and other illnesses. Flushing mucus and other particles out can help to thin out
excess mucus, open up the nasal passages, and reduce inflammation of the mucus membrane,
which swells when aggravated
How to Use a Neti Pot
What you will need:
•
•
•
Ceramic neti pot
1 cup of warm purified water
¼ tsp of fine Himalayan salt
Mix the salt and water. Let the salt water cool until it is the same as your body temperature.
Once the water is a comfortable temperature (not too cool), you will bend forward over your
sink and tilt your head to one side so that one nostril is higher than the other. Holding the
handle, place the spout of the pot gently, but tightly, against the higher nostril and allow the
water to flow from the upper nostril and out through the lower nostril, releasing 1/2 of the
water. This may take some practice so as not to have the salt water trickle down into your
throat. Don’t forget to breathe through your mouth. Repeat with the other nostril. This only
takes a couple of minutes to do. Lightly blow your nose between and after each nasal passage
cleansing to get any excess water and debris out. You can do this first thing in the morning and
again before bed.
Onions and Garlic
Onions and Garlic on the feet at night - For extreme cases of illness,
I slice onion and garlic and place all over the bottom of the infected
person’s foot (rub olive oil on the foot first). I then wrap the foot in
saran wrap and place a sock on overnight. Onions and garlic have been shown to pull toxins out
and help the body heal. Some natural practitioners even claim that having cut onions around
will absorb toxins and keep others in the family from getting sick.

Elderberry
Elderberries are one of my most-used go-to remedies for cooler months. The dried berries of
the Sambucus Nigra plant are naturally high in immune-boosting compounds that are
specifically shown to help beat the cold and flu more quickly.
Black elderberries (Sambucus nigra) have been shown to help avoid these illnesses and speed
recovery in those who already have them. I’ve also found that elderberries seem to offer some
relief of discomfort during minor illnesses.
With elderberry’s anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, it makes sense that it can help
sinus issues.
Several studies have demonstrated that elder extract is highly effective in mitigating flu-like
symptoms. When used within the first 48 hours of onset of symptoms, the extract has actually
been found to reduce the duration of the flu with symptoms being relieved on an average of
four days earlier.
Elderberries naturally contain vitamin A, B, and C and stimulate the immune system.
Researchers found that the complex sugars in elderberries support the immune system in
fighting cold and flu.
Elderberry can be purchased in many forms at your local health store or online.

Colloidal Silver
Although colloidal silver lost its popularity in the early 1900s, there has been a recent surge of
interest in the use of colloidal silver preparations by alternative health practitioners. Supporters
of colloidal silver today say that when taken internally, it stimulates and boosts the immune
system; kills disease-causing agents such as bacteria, viruses and fungi; and consequently, fights
off infections.
Colloidal silver, when used wisely and with proper discretion, appears to directly help prevent
immunity from crashing through the floor. And that’s all the more important in the cold winter
months when colds and flu are so prevalent.
Because of its profound infection-fighting qualities, colloidal silver can also be used to directly
intervene against many of the infectious conditions one normally experiences during the course
of the winter cold and flu season.
If you have a nasty cold or flu that’s really got you down, you can put some colloidal silver into a
cool mist vaporizer and let it run steadily in the room where you’re resting.
By breathing in the silver-laden mist, you’ll often find dramatic relief for your chest, lungs, and
nasal passages.
Honey, Ginger and Lemon Tea
The National Institutes of Health calls lemon water with honey "a time-tested remedy" for a
sore throat. Make yourself a tea with a huge lemon
slice, ½ inch grated ginger and 1-2 tsp honey.
Lemon: High in vitamin C, which keeps the immune
system strong and neutralizes the free radicals in
your body. This reduces the inflammation and
swelling.
Ginger: Helps you sweat out the toxins in your body,
which is helpful when you have a cold or flu.
Ginger is also helpful for settling upset stomachs,
dizziness, nausea, vomiting and cold sweats.
Honey: Soothes a sore throat, making it an effective and natural cough suppressant. This
improves the body’s ability to fight infection and decreases the risk of fevers. The natural
sweetness of honey also balances the tartness of the lemon and the ginger’s spice, giving
honey, lemon and ginger tea its soothing flavor.

JUDY’S FAVOURITE FLU AND COLD ALTERNATIVE REMEDIES
Remove White Foods
At the first sign of illness, completely remove all white foods from your diet. This includes
grains, sugars, milk, cheese, dairy, sweeteners, soda, etc.
These foods suppress immune function and slow the body’s healing ability. When you are ill,
you don’t actually need to eat a lot of food, as the body needs to focus more on healing than
digestion.
What Is White Food?
White food generally refers to foods that are white in color and that have been processed and
refined, like flour, rice, pasta, bread, crackers, cereal, and simple sugars like table sugar and
high-fructose corn syrup.
Natural, unprocessed white foods, such as onions, cauliflower, turnips, white beans, and white
potatoes don't fall into the same category.
Rest
Get lots of rest and sleep (do nothing, seriously!). Your body needs time and energy to fight off
the germs and recover.
You’ll find the duration of your colds are greatly reduced when you really stop and rest.
Take the day off (no one likes to be around a sick
person anyway and wouldn’t you feel bad for getting
everyone in your office sick, too?). If you really keep
pushing yourself, your cold will only last longer.
Sleep is vital in both protecting against and healing
from sickness.
The immune system is pretty complex. It is made up
of several types of cells and proteins that are charged
with keeping foreign invaders such as colds or flu at
bay.
A lot of studies show our T-cells go down if we are sleep deprived,” Balachandran says. “And
inflammatory cytokines go up. This could potentially lead to the greater risk of developing a
cold or flu.
I listen to my body and sleep when it needs to and I don’t judge it. Pay attention, your body
knows when and how much sleep.

JUDY’S FAVOURITE FLU AND COLD ALTERNATIVE REMEDIES
Chiropractic
I have been using chiropractic care for over 20 years, both as a preventive and maintenance of
my nervous system. The difference it makes in my life is paramount.
I have an incredible Dr. of Chiropractic who understands all forms of Energy Healing, Alternative
therapies and is constantly keeping himself in
the flow.
Give your immune system a boost to help kick
those germs out of there.
Your spine houses your nervous system which
controls your immune system’s response.
Hundreds of years of observation have proven
that chiropractic treatment improves immune
function.
It is well understood that there is a direct
relationship between the immune system and
the Central Nervous System (the brain and spinal
cord).
Regular chiropractic care, however, will increase
a person’s natural resistance to colds.
Studies show a 200% improvement in immune
system function after a chiropractic adjustment.
This natural resistance I am talking about is your
body’s ability to function optimally which can
only happen if you are free of subluxations.
Vertebral subluxations are misalignments in the
vertebrae of your spine.
They prevent proper nerve flow throughout your
body and lower your natural resistance.
When the stress on the nerves is cleared, the body functions at a much higher level.

Chapter 4 - Homeopathics
Treating Colds with Homeopathy
My body loves homeopathics. It responds immediately and I always carry a few essential
homeopathic remedies with me all the time. So, read on and find a remedy that fits your
symptoms.
Treating yourself with homoeopathy for simple acute problems is easy as long as you know how
to choose the remedy that matches your
symptoms. The common cold is the perfect
opportunity for you to practice and become
familiar with homeopathy.
To treat your cold, look through the remedies
listed below to see which one matches your
symptoms, then take it.
If there is no improvement by 3-4 doses just
reassess your symptoms and choose another
remedy.
Taking the remedy:
Try not touch the pellets as they can be antidoted by something you've touched earlier. First,
pour them into the cap or the extra cap found inside the tube. Then, put these under your
tongue and allow them to slowly dissolve.
Adults: Take 4 pellets.
Children: Give 3 pellets under the tongue or crush them in a clean paper and pour into mouth.
Infants: Dissolve 3 pellets in 1/2 glass of water and give two teaspoons as prescribed.
The half an hour rule: Do not eat or drink anything half an hour before and after taking the
medicines. That means if you wish to take medicine at 10 o'clock then do not consume anything
from 9:30 until 10:30. The only exception to this rule is water. Drinking water is permissible
after or before five minutes of taking the medicines.
When to Stop or Change the remedy:
While the remedy is acting on your symptoms, you do not repeat the dosage. You must wait to
take the next dose until the remedy has stopped acting (that is, when you experience the dip).
When the symptoms are gone, stop taking the remedy. If the symptoms change, change to
another remedy according to the new symptoms. If a remedy doesn't help your symptoms it
will not hurt you, but if within a day or two there is no improvement at all try a different
appropriate remedy.
18
JUDY’S FAVOURITE FLU AND COLD ALTERNATIVE REMEDIES
You must therefore become aware of what is going on in your body.
This is all about paying attention to what the body wants. Tune in.
Important:
Homeopathic Remedy Antidotes - Homeopathic remedies are essentially vibrational medicine,
and they are easily overwhelmed by other strong material vibrations.
Try to avoid anything with coffee flavor, mint, camphor, menthol, large quantities of caffeine,
or chamomile externally or internally.
Remedies
Aconite Napellus (Acon.)
Sudden onset and early stage of a cold, brought on by exposure or being chilled by a cold wind.
Allium Cepa (All-c.)
A streaming cold with much sneezing and watery eyes. The eyes may be burning and sensitive
to light but the discharge is bland and does not burn the cheeks, whereas the discharge from
the nose is burning and can make the upper lip and nose raw. The patient may start sneezing on
entering a warm room. All symptoms are much better for fresh air and worse in a warm room,
and towards the evening.
Arsenicum Album (Ars.)
A streaming cold with burning discharge from eyes and nose. Patient is restless and anxious and
very chilly with apparent difficulty in keeping warm. Eyes and nose have a watery discharge.
There is sneezing, without relief, and the nose feels stuffed up. Symptoms are worse for cold,
during the night and better for warmth.
Calcarea Carbonica (Calc-c.)
Stuffy colds, with offensive smell in the nose and unpleasant smelling yellow mucus. Dry, sore,
ulcerated nostrils. Individuals that catch colds easily at every change of weather and babies
with snuffles.
19
JUDY’S FAVOURITE FLU AND COLD ALTERNATIVE REMEDIES
Euphrasia (Euphr.)
The opposite symptoms to Allium cepa. The eyes are constantly streaming with a burning
discharge, whereas the nasal discharge is bland and does not cause rawness of the nose or
upper lip. The eyelids are swollen, burning and the cheeks are red from the burning tears.
Sensitive to light, the patient is better in the open air and worse inside.
Ferrum phosphoricum (Ferr-p.)
Colds come on slowly and may be heading for the ears or chest. Ferrum phos is particularly
suited to the sore throat or that chesty stage before the cold develops into bronchitis. The
patient may be flushed in the face and complain of feeling weak or lethargic. Eyes red and
inflamed with burning sensation. Frequent colds with tendency to nosebleed.
Gelsemium Sempervirens (Gels.)
A cold with flu-like symptoms, such as
aching, trembling, a heavy, dull head.
Hepar Sulphuris (Hep.)
The later stage of a cold, with thick
offensive nasal discharge. There is extreme
sensitivity to cold, in any form – even a cold
wind provokes sneezing and streaming. This
will thicken up later to yield discharges that
smell like old cheese and are yellow to
green in colour.
Kali Bichromicum (Kali-bi.)
Tough stringy catarrh is the guiding symptom. Violent sneezing with stubborn congestion and a
ropy, stringy or sticky discharge. Eyelids swollen and burning. Good for snuffles in children,
especially fat, chubby babies. All symptoms are better for heat.
Mercurius Solubilis (Merc)
Patient is sensitive to both heat and cold. There is a great deal of sneezing, especially in
sunshine and warm conditions, and this will provoke a profuse burning discharge form the eyes.
The nostrils are raw from the burning, profuse discharge, which is likely to be blood-streaked.
As the cold progresses, the discharge becomes greenish, foul tasting and the breath offensive.
20
JUDY’S FAVOURITE FLU AND COLD ALTERNATIVE REMEDIES
Natrum Muriaticum (Nat-m.)
Streaming eyes and nose with much sneezing. Eyes may be burning, but the discharge from
eyes and nose is bland. The copious discharge is clear, like egg-white, for the early stage, but
after about three days is superseded by congestion. During the cold, the patient typically loses
all sense of taste and smell with tiredness and weakness. They may resent being fussed over
and be easily irritated by silly little things. Worse in the morning, from exertion, heat and better
for fresh air.
Nux Vomica (Nux-v.)
These are irritable people, who don’t suffer fools gladly and everything upsets them- light,
noise, draughts, etc. They get stuffy colds after exposure to dry cold conditions and are
congested with a dry nose. There is a peculiar picture of being stuffed up in fresh air and at
night, although they have streaming noses when inside.
Phosphorus (Phos.)
These are outgoing, expressive people who require reassurance. The anxiety about their health
is easily placated unlike the Arsen alb patient who will worry endlessly, even after much
reassurance. The Phosphorus patient is very prone to nosebleeds and symptoms arise through
a change in weather or from moving from heat to cold or vice-versa. Colds which result from
being run down.
Pulsatilla pratensis (Puls.)
Colds that thicken up leaving one nostril blocked, with a loss of smell and offensive breath. One
sided symptoms are common. The eyes may be itching and burning or stuck together, with
profuse yellow-green mucus in the morning and the nose congested at night. All symptoms are
much worse in a warm room and relieved by fresh air. The patient will either be weepy and
clingy or crave sympathy and attention.
Homeopathic medicines can be purchased through drug stores, natural and organic food

Chapter 5 - Expand Yourself
Learn More.

remedies across the world and the ages.
There's always more research being done on how to best fight off — or better yet prevent —
colds and flus. Empower yourself, do your own research!
Ask your mother and grandmother for their remedies and recipes. You will find some of them
are probably the same as I have written about, but you may find the perfect remedies that

JUDY’S FAVOURITE FLU AND COLD ALTERNATIVE REMEDIES
Chapter 6 - Conclusion
So, basically, I use my intuition skills to assess what my body needs in all areas of my life.
My body, your body requires different nutrients, treatments, remedies at certain points in time.
Your body is made up of over 100 trillion, intelligent energy cells whose job it is to constantly
keep the body in complete homeostasis. Your cells have infinite intelligence, after all you are
made in the image and energy of Universal Energy.
I have learned to honour this body, or as I refer to it as an earth suit. I have had many health
issues in the past, but now know to respect and listen to what my body wants. I am privileged
to teach others the same. After all, if you don’t have your health, what do you have?
All the alternatives I have written about have served me well and this is why I wanted to share
some of them with you in the hopes that they will help you as well.
Please reach out to me if I can be of help to you in any way.
I am here to serve.
