BacMam-ABCG2-transduced HeLa cells express functional ABCG2. a–c, BacMam-ABCG2- virustransduced HeLa (a) and MCF7-FLV1000 cells were incubated with either 5D3-PE antibody (1
μg/100,000 cells) for 1 h at 37°C or 5 μM mitoxantrone for 45 min in the presence or absence of 5
μM FTC. The cells were washed and were subsequently analyzed by confocal microscopy (a) or
