We currently employ approximately 130 staff. The majority of our staff are employed within
direct service delivery roles as Case Workers and Support Workers providing direct support to
people using our services. Our services are directly managed by our Project Co-ordinators
and overseen by our four Area Managers who report to our Head of Operations and other
Senior Management Team colleagues.
We believe in good mental health and wellbeing for all.
Do you have the passion and drive to help us achieve our vision and to help us achieve a
positive lasting impact in all that we do? If so, then a job with Gofal may be just for you –
please click on the links below for further information.
We have a variety of different roles within Gofal. The majority of our staff are employed within
direct service delivery roles – as Case Workers providing direct support and case
management, and, Support Workers providing direct support to people using our services.
These roles operate across the range of our services, and can provide a variety of
opportunities for staff. We have Crisis Intervention roles providing support to people leaving
hospital or at housing departments. Services are directly managed by our Project Coordinators and are split into four geographical areas each having its own Area Manager
reporting to our Head of Operations and other Senior Management Team colleagues.
We also have a variety of Head Office roles providing support functions across all our service
areas – Finance, Human Resources, Business Development, Administration, Fundraising,
Public Affairs and Marketing.

• We encourage people to become more involved in our work through involvement in working
groups, organising or taking part in fundraising and feedback on our current and future
