Therapeutic Drug Monitoring information
All tests available 24/7 except cyclosporin, methotrexate and tacrolimus that are batched for analysis as indicated.

08.00 Saturday. No Sunday service.
Oral: Ideal sampling time pre-dose or
at least 6-8 hours post administration

application (0.5-1.0 μg/L in heart
failure)

post dose level is most useful.

Oral - Rapid release: 2 – 4 hours after
dose administration
