No Sunday service. Oral: Ideal sampling time pre-dose or at least 6-8 hours post administration of dose. Oral: Ideal sampling time is 12 hours post administration of dose 0.9-2.0 μg/L dependent on clinical application (0.5-1.0 μg/L in heart failure) 0.6 - 1.0mmol/L (at lower end for maintenance therapy and the elderly) Dependent on patient type and dose route.
