Solubility:
Soluble in esters, ketones, glycol ethers and higher alcohols.
Partial solubility in aromatic hydrocarbons.
Poor solubility in aliphatic hydrocarbons.
Compatibility:
Domalkyd 5322 50 X is compatible with short oil alkyds used in nitrocellulose lacquers, nitrocellulose,
plasticizers and all types of polyisocianate resins.
Applications:
Domalkyd 5322 50 X is normaly used as hydroxyl component alone or in combination with other
hydroxyl components (Domalkyd 5308) in polyurethane finishes. It is suitable for preparation of pigment
pastes.
As isocyanate components Desmodur N, Desmodur L and Desmodur IL are used.
