We currently serve more than 900 000 clients, and over 120 business partners, as well as banks and

The Customer Relations department is responsible for operating and handling customer requests in
several languages regarding the bank’s deposit and credit card products by executing and maintaining
the customer services.
As a result of our success, a new job opportunity as Customer Relations Officer is now available!
What is it about?
Who are you?









Execute all back-office operations linked to
the credit card operations
Operate the internal call centre function for
the deposit customers
Operate “second-line” answering per e-mail
and regular mail for all customers
Check if customer documentation is
compliant with KYC and AML requirements
Check and accept or reject applicant data in
view of opening new accounts and
acceptance of new customers (KYC and
AML)
Operate card and account statuses
Help to establish adequate procedures and
routines
Provide advice for customers and act as a
mediator between customer and bank



Banking or office related education (e.g.
vocational training) or university degree
Ideally professional experience in a similar
position or related function
Knowledge of financial products (esp. credit
cards / deposit accounts) is an advantage
Experienced user of MS Office, good
understanding of IT systems

Fluency in French and German is mandatory,
