Additions to the stated deliverables will only be considered within the scope of this current project
with the following:
o Approval of at least two senior executive staff members
o Resources must be allocated to cover additional time and personnel requirements

I chose the case study “Davey Jones: Designing an Electronic Performance Support System. I created some roadblocks to delay the project and a
couple of opportunities for the work to finish faster, so in the end it was about even.
