o Significant changes involving additional resources or time will require approval from senior

o Major changes involving reallocation of resources (for example moving a SME to another
part of the project) will require the approval of the project manager
o Minor changes within an individual project will require notification to the project manager
Additions to the stated deliverables will only be considered within the scope of this current project
with the following:
o Approval of at least two senior executive staff members
o Resources must be allocated to cover additional time and personnel requirements

couple of opportunities for the work to finish faster, so in the end it was about even.
