‘WOW’ Writers
Next term we are going to do a ‘WOW
Writers’ display to continue to raise the
profile of writing in the school. Especially as so
much work has been done to improve writing in
school it would be great to show case this.
What we propose to do with these.
We aim to do a display outside the office and
give feedback why this particular piece of writing
was so good. This will be written with the writing
on the display.
What we are looking for obviously will depend on the age
and ability of the children. However this is an opportunity
for children to shine who excel in this area. It may be a
child that has made particularly good progress or managed
to fulfil all aspects of the ‘Success Criteria’ put together
by the class for that particular unit of writing.
Please come and have a look at this display that is situated
just outside the school office.
