Site of second 3-T MRI scanner the bay for the second Skyra 3-T MRI
scanner is now complete and the
scanner is installed and operating.
Whitehall Buiding - 14,000 square feet, main site of Olin
Neuropsychiatry Research Center, containing 3T scanner #1,
electrophysiology lab and space for clinical assessment, faculty,
postdoctoral fellows, image analyst and research assistants.
Huntington Building - Newly opened two-story
building housing 7500 additional square feet of
space for research assistants and fellows, and
DNA repository.
Butler Building - 30-sec walk from the Olin
center. The second-floor (~18,000 square
feet) consists of space for research assistant
offices, clinical interviewing space,
psychopharmacologic dosing.
IOL campus - 35-acre campus landscaped by Frederick Law Olmsted is a
two-minute walk from the Olin center. The Institute of Living’s gracious
campus is located just south of downtown Hartford and the state capital,
and just a few blocks east of Trinity College. The Institute’s campus is part
of a larger medical complex that also includes Hartford Hospital and the
Connecticut Children’s Medical Center (CCMC).
