Purpose: increase students’ awareness of the importance of
quality sleep and provide skills-based education for enhancing
sleep hygiene

• Participants randomized in case-control study
• 8 week Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy including
mindfulness meditation
• Waitlist with no intervention
