Implement Company Document Control processes, procedures, and specifications to ensure accurate records of all project official documentation generated by the COMPANY or its subcontractors. Perform quality control checks to ensure Company generated documents comply with Company and Client document management system. Distribute documentation to the project team in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain accurate file structure for all project documentation. Expedite and track status of all documents reviewed internally by the Project. Develop a collaborative environment for electronic tendering / contract document management. Maintain IM system security access for internal / external project team members to ensure information is secure which is vital to the Bidding Phase of a project. Assist Lead Document Controller in training additional Project Document Controllers and project team members to have a clear understanding of Company or Project specific policies, procedures and software related to access and review documents. Assist Project Management in the evaluation of Document Control processes and procedures for Project specific modifications. Provide technical support and assistance for the electronic document 2005-2007 management system. Follow up with each department personnel Download all incoming project related files from internal emails and print then upload our ISM(Integrated site Management) Server except Drawings Preparing combined Daily Manpower report of Subcontractors and submits to client. Receiving & Distributing the subcontractors weekly camp invoice & receive their approval & submit to Head office for deduct their interim Payment. In response to the subcontractors incoming letters Making reply relevant to Administration issues Responsible for Staff camp related issues and represent to attend meeting with the vendors Prepare & Issue Letters to subcontractors and Client by electronically Preparation necessary documents for payment and submit accounts departments. Weekly Incoming & Outgoing documents reports submit to the manager. Preparing Hand Over document & Filing and arranging to submit to client Arranging Visa with PRO, Accommodation for staff and worker. Booking Hotel for Guest & Vendor Engineers, Airline ticket.
