Physical Data
Construction
The ceramic plate is printed with conductors and
resistive pastes and fired at 850°C. Terminals are
mounted and the elements are placed into precisionmoulded houses. where rotors with O-rings and
wipers are already placed. The house is then sealed
with epoxy.
Marking
The trimmers are marked with resistance value.
Terminations
Heat retardant wire ø 0.5 mm.
Flammability UL-94 V-0.
Solvent Resistance
Trimmer and marking withstand all standard industrial
cleaning fluids.

Application Notes
Type 312 can be supplied with different shaft lengths.
3.4 mm is available at present, but any length can be
offered.
Yellow is the standard colour on the shafts of type
312, but other colours are available. In standard
length red, blue, white, grey and green are available.
The slot position on 314 can be supplied in accordance
with the customer requirements.
Angled version of 311, 312 and 314 with lead spacing of
1.27 mm can be delivered on request.
SMD versions of all models are available. Consult data
for S10 series.
All models in the 310 series can be supplied as
switch.
Packaging
The trimmers are packed in cardboard boxes.
The box dimensions are 50 x 55 x 95 mm.
Ordering procedure
Specify type reference, resistance value and tolerance.
The quantity per box depends on the type of trimmer.
For special versions a 3-digit number is attached to
ordering code.
