Customer Service Technical Support Engineer
Preparing the Quotations prices for the different customers.
Preparing the Quotations prices for the contractor responsible for
execution.
Design of customers piping work.
Supervision and Quality Control of the contractor work and the company
own construction work.
Leading a team of surveyors and technicians to do the own construction
work.
 Created a system for calculating the Quotations which saved a lot of time
and helped in the elimination of errors.
 For the 1st time the company converted new customers by its own team
which considered a new achievement added to the company
achievements.
 Succeeded to supervise the construction work according to the
specification and H.S.E. standards of a Brick Kiln Pipeline with a total
length of 650 meter and commissioning it in 10 days.

connect 25,000 domestic customers and residential customers; (Contract
Value 52 Million EGP).

 Succeeded to hit the different monthly company targets.
 Lead the project as the P.E. progress affect the rest of the project

diameter pipes in the construction. In spite of it was allowed in the
original design.
 Solved many technical problems during construction especially when it
was impossible to lay a main pipeline in a certain street by finding an
alternative street and changing the network design.
