NOTIFICATION
Online Examination-cum-Record form on prescribed format are invited from the eligible candidates of the DDE
for seeking admission in the following PG courses of 2nd and 4th-Semester:
1. English/Dogri/Urdu for 2nd & 4th Semester;
2. Hindi/Economics/Commerce/PGDBM for 2nd Semester;
3. Sociology 4th Semester
The candidates are advised to fill up the Examination-cum-Record form online, take the print out, deposit the
requisite fee in the J&K Bank Ltd., New University Campus and attach the receipt of the bank challan with the
Examination-cum-Record form and submit the same by hand along with relevant documents required in the respective PG
Sections of DDE. The Examination form filled in online at DDE website www.distanceeducationju.in only will be
considered for admission in 2nd and 4th Sem. All other relevant details are available at DDE website. Use Google Chrome
browser for quality printing of the forms and Pay-in-Slip.
Schedule of Admission:
- Online submission of Examination-cum-Record form shall start on 04-02-2015 for fifteen days.
- For PG (Sociology 2nd-Sem), (Pol. Science 2nd-Sem), (Hindi 4th-Sem), (Commerce 4th-Sem) the online
submission of Examination-cum-Record form shall commence within two days after the completion of their
respective exams of Semester 1st and 3rd for fifteen days.
- No admission shall take place after fifteen days.
Details of Fee:
a. Rs. 630/- + Rs. 10 (Bank charges) for PG (2nd & 4th –Sem.) Courses in English/Hindi/Urdu/Dogri/Sociology
for PG (2nd –Sem.) Pol. Science/Economics/ PGDBM
b. Rs. 765/- + Rs. 10 (Bank charges) (630+135 as seminar fee) for PG (2nd & 4th –Sem.) Courses in Commerce
c. The payment of prescribed fee can be made through the Branch of J&K Bank Ltd. (viz. New University Campus,
Jammu).
Documents required:
a. Two self attested photo copies of marks certificate of last qualifying exam. along with the Roll No. slip of PG
1st /3rd-Sem. for filling up the Examination form of PG 2nd /4th-Sem.
