Business Review Questionnaire Guide
Purpose
The purpose of this guide is to provide you with guidance on completing the Business
Review Questionnaire in preparation for your next business review. If you require
further assistance please contact your local Business Review Manager.
In addition to this guide there is also a Technical Guide which provides you with the
procedural steps for completing the online questionnaire.
