wish Blue Bubble Lettings Limited to act on my /our behalf in the same manner for all of
our property instructions.
I/we confirm that I/we are the sole/joint owners of the Properties upon which we instruct
Blue Bubble Lettings to act and have the right and, where necessary, permission to
instruct Blue Bubble Lettings Limited to rent the property to Tenant(s).
This Form of Authority is indefinite and supersedes all other previous instructions or
agreements verbal or written until rescinded in writing.
