Bold Genius Consulting was founded in March 2012 and is a subsidiary of Bold Genius
Holdings held under the Group. Initially the business focused on Tax Consulting and Logistics
Management. Later in 2012 the company handled a logistics contract and successfully
designed a cost-saving model in Trucking and Financial Management. The company’s line
of business grew from Logistics to include Management Consulting, Commodities
Consulting and Strategy Design.
The Company’s primary focus is Mining with a great understanding and presence in the
Chrome Business. The focus is to supply End-Buyers as well as Local Traders with both Final
Product of a 44%-42.5% & 42%-40% Concentrate and various grades of Lumpy. The supply to
the market will be a minimum of 5 000 DMT to be increased to 30 000 DMT by the year 2017.
As of the last quarter of 2016, Bold Genius will be setting up washing plants on various
processing sites in the Northwest and Limpopo Regions, South Africa. Two of the sites have
been identified already and negotiations with financial partners are at an advanced stage.

Management Level. The Executive Director is also the founder with over 10 years
Management Experience. The Project Manager has over 02 years experience in
Management whilst the Logistics Manager has over 05 years Management Experience.
The Management team’s knowledge cuts across Consulting, Fleet Management and Solar
Systems.
