Klein Bottle Computer remanufactures, flashes, and repairs computer modules used in vehicles, heavy equipment, and generators. The customer must
complete their payment before any work will be done to the computer (or shipped to them if buying a remanufactured unit). Klein Bottle Computer must
have possession of the completed "Sales & Services Agreement" before any work will be done to the computer (or shipped if buying a remanufactured
unit). Klein Bottle Computer accepts all major credit / debit cards, and PayPal funds, via PayPal payment processing. A PayPal account is NOT needed
to make a payment. All confidential information that is communicated to and obtained by Klein Bottle Computer from the customer in connection with
performing the above mentioned computer services shall be held by Klein Bottle Computer in full trust. At no time will Klein Bottle Computer use any
confidential information obtained through conducting this service contract either directly or indirectly, for personal benefit or disclose or communicate
such information in any manner. This provision shall continue to be effective after the termination of this computer services contract. A free lifetime
warranty is included with every order. The warranty is non-transferable among people and/ or vehicles. This warranty only includes the parts and labor
Klein Bottle Computer uses to test, diagnose, and repair the computer, it does not include any other costs from anyone else. The customer is responsible
for all shipping costs on all warranty claims. To make a warranty claim, a copy of the original transaction must be emailed or mailed with the computer
that is sent in for repair. The warranty does not include computer failure caused by fire, theft, collision, explosion, lightning, water or anything caused by
Mother Nature. All warranty claims must be approved by Klein Bottle Computer before the customer sends in the computer for repair. This contract
hereby supersedes any other prior understanding, written or oral agreement between the parties listed regarding the subject matter of this contract. This
contract contains the entire agreement between the customer and Klein Bottle Computer, and no oral representations or modifications shall be put into
force. Klein Bottle Computer is in no way liable for any advice administered to anyone. All prices include $15 for USPS Priority shipping back to the
customer. One day turnaround for repairs and flashes, is defined as shipping out by the end of the following day that the package is received here, except,
no shipping on Sundays. If the computer the customer sends here to be repaired, is determined by Klein Bottle Computer to be working properly or
beyond reasonable repair, at any time (even during the warranty period), a 50% refund will be issued, the sale terminated, the warranty voided, and the
computer will be returned to the customer. Klein Bottle Computer reserves the right to declare any computer beyond reasonable repair, or functioning
properly, based on Klein Bottle Computer's evaluation and no one else. There are no refunds for any and all shipping costs. For remanufactured units,
there are no refunds. A $500 core charge will be added to every remanufactured unit sold. The core unit the customer sends in, must be the same part #
they ordered. The core unit must be delivered to Klein Bottle Computer within 14 days. The core unit the customer send in must not have physical
damage, internal fire damage, or flood damage. Any violation of the core charge guidelines, as stated above, by the customer, will result in the core unit
being shipped back to the customer and the core charge surrendered to Klein Bottle Computer. Klein Bottle Computer reserves the right to cancel,
terminate, void any and all warranties for any reason, at any time, with no refund being issued (this right has never been exercised, and probably never
will, it is only for extreme unforeseen circumstances). For remanufactured units, the computer case will be cleaned and painted over. The customer
agrees to accept all liability for everything related to the computer, including the computer itself. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income,
damage to and cost of related parts, travel expenses, fines, rental vehicles, accidents, injury, etc. In the event of a damaged computer during shipping, the
customer will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Any damage to the computer during shipping will not be covered under our
warranty. Klein Bottle Computer is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged computers as a result of shipping. Klein Bottle Computer refers to any of its
associates in any way. The customer refers to the individual who makes the payment for the service provided by Klein Bottle Computer. By signing this
Sales and Services Agreement and/ or making a payment to Klein Bottle Computer, the customer agrees to these terms and condition as stated above.
