Supplementary Figure S2: DSB-induced nuclear staining for g-H2AX.
Ax2 cells were left untreated or exposed to 100mU/ml of bleomycin for 1
hour. Cells were processed, stained with antibodies raised against g-H2AX,
and subjected to immunofluorescence as described in Materials and
Methods. Several representative patterns of DSB-induced g-H2AX staining
are illustrated.
