Hormone/signaling activity gene expression in the 17Syn+ latent TG relative to its
mutant, LAT negative recombinant, 17Pst(LAT-) latent TG 1 hour post NaBu i.p. of
mice based on microarrays and 3 genes on qPCR. Results are expressed as an
expression ratio of the latent 17Syn+ latent TG to the 17Pst(LAT-) latent TG of NaBu
treatment, normalized against β-actin expression levels using the 2-CT method (Livak
and Schmittgen, 2001).
