HISTORY: IUGR, hx of preeclampsia prior pregnancy.
Method
2nd/3rd trimester obstetrical ultrasound. Satisfactory.
Maternal Structures
Uterus / Cervix
Cervical length 2.93 cm
Pregnancy
Singleton pregnancy. Number of fetuses: 1.
General Evaluation
Cardiac activity: present. FHR 158 bpm.
Fetal movements: visualized.
Presentation: cephalic.
Placenta: thickened at the fundus.
Umbilical cord: 3 vessel cord, placental insertion: normal.
Amniotic fluid: Amount of AF: moderate oligohydramnios. MVP 1.7 cm. AFI 2.4 cm. Q2 0.7 cm, Q4 1.7
cm.
Dating
Assigned: Dating performed on 10/9/2015, based on the external assessment
Assigned GA 22 w + 3 d
Impression
1. Singelton live pregnancy. Oligohydramnios remains. No definite kidneys seen.
2. Significant discrepancy between clinical dates and fetal biometry persists.
3. Limited anatomic survey without abnormal findings. Many structures not well seen.
