Specificity: Dystrophin Western blots only

Western blot: Stains a 427kD band in normal human muscle extract. Dilution: 1/100
dystrophin

Immunolocalization: Stains extracellular material in muscle sections, without clear membrane
staining.
Dilution: 1/4
Immunogen: Recombinant human dystrophin fragment encoded by exons 4-16.
Storage recommendation: Store one month's use at 4oC and remainder in aliquots at –20oC.
Stable for at least 12 months under these conditions
Concentration: estimated at 40micrograms per ml (not measured directly)
Supplied as liquid culture supernatant in DMEM/10% horse serum (contains AZIDE: toxic!)
(Identical culture medium can be supplied as negative control)
