Instruction to Reinvest/Rollover Funds
I/we wish to invest in the New Investment as detailed above. To avoid the needless movements of funds I/we
would be obliged if you could continue to hold the amount outlined in the boxes above (the "Retained Amount")
from the proceeds of my/our Matured Bond(s) in your BCP Client Asset Account and note my/our interest in it.
You will receive documentation from BCP evidencing my/our investment in the New Investment(s) together with a
request from me/us that you note that the Retained Amount be ascribed to my/our interest in the New
Investment(s). I/we authorise that where the maturity proceeds are reinvested/part reinvested into the BCP Smart
Stoxx Kick-Out Bond, BCP International Property Fund or the BCP Property Portfolio Service, The Bank should
make the funds transfer to the BCP Client Asset Account for Investment in the relevant product.
