Recommended Text: Robert V. Percival, Environmental Law: Statutory
Supplement and Internet Guide, 2015-2016. If you choose, you may find
relevant statutory and regulatory provisions online instead of buying the
statutory supplement. But you must be diligent in such efforts, or your
analysis will suffer!
