Han Yu Assistant Professor of Economics and Finance Office: School of Business, Room 238 (203) 392-5628 [email protected] Han Yu is an assistant professor in Finance in the department of Economics and Finance at SCSU. She holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Kansas. Her research focuses on the corporate finance and corporate governance. Her primary teaching areas are corporate finance and investment. Dr. Yu’s research interests include; Mergers and Acquisitions, IPOs and stock issuance, Investment banking, Financial Accounting, and Short selling.
