1) Eight types of mutation illustrations – 40 Points
Each mutation occurs after throwing the dice, including the original DNA
sequence, the DNA sequence after the base change (or no base change), the RNA
sequence after the base change and the final amino acid produced after the base
change. – Each mutation illustration earns 5 Points.
2) Eight types of mutation descriptions – 40 Points
After the illustration of each mutation, name the type of mutation that occurs, and
describe how the mutation occurs in a sentence. – Each description earns 5 Points.
3) Artistic poster presentation - coloring – 10 Points
The color is bright and in harmony with visual observation – 10 Points
The color is bright but not in harmony with visual observation – 7 Points
The color is dull and not in harmony with visual observation – 5 Points
No color – 0 Point
4) Artistic poster presentation – layout – 10 Points
The overall layout is in harmony with visual observation – 10 Points
The overall layout is chunky, not in harmony with visual observation – 5 Points
