THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.
CONSTRUCTION EXCLUSION
This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following:
COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART
This insurance does not apply to “bodily injury” or
“property damage” or “personal and advertising injury”
arising out of any of the following:
(1) Change, alteration or modification of the size
of any building or structure;
(2) Movement of any building or structure;
(3) Construction or erection of any new building or
structure;
(4) Demolition of any building or structure; or
This exclusion applies to any work performed as part
of or in connection with any of the foregoing.
This exclusion applies regardless of whether the described operations are ongoing, completed or in any
other stage when the loss occurs.
This exclusion applies regardless of whether such
operations are conducted by any insured or on behalf
of any insured or whether the operations are conducted for any insured or for any other person or entity.
(5) Construction, demolition, movement of any
load bearing wall or any modification to the
structure of any loading bearing wall.
