Meeting Report - Epithelial Mesenchymal Transition. Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory March 14-17, 2008 Supplementary Figure 1: Mammary tumor of a FVB/N (Trp53+/-)x FVB/N (Hus+/-) female mouse showing a combination of spindle cells, giant cells and dysplastic epithelial gland-like structures. The immunohistochemistry show the distribution of CK8-18 (A), CK14 (B), smooth muscle actin (C) and vimentin (D). The tumor cells show dual stain of the mesenchymal and epithelial markers, and is possible find overlapping of intermediate filament and smooth muscle actin. All panels (A-D) are identical magnification with the 100micrometer scale bar shown (A). Figure kindly provided by Drs. Robert Cardiff and Patrizia Damonte, Center for Comparative Medicine, University of California Davis, CA. Supplementary Table 1: List of presenters and affiliations.
