Supplementary Table S2: Complete gene expression data for all genes and all samples
Table S2 contains log2-transformed expression values for all genes, with data
presented individually from each GeneChip. Data was normalized by RMA (Irizarry et
al., 2003) using a custom chip definition file based on Unigene build number 139
(January 2005). Column names indicate brain region, developmental age, and reference
number of the biological replicate.
Supplementary Table S3: Expression data for genes within groups generated by
partitional clustering
Table S3 lists all genes within each of the 26 clusters used in the analysis
described for Figure 5. Mean expression data are included for each developmental stage
and brain region.
