Emotional Impact & Resilience Presentation ICAS TRAINING OPTIONS ICAS Performance Learning in Partnership with Transnet presents: • Emotional Impact Sessions • Change & Resilience Workshops These innovative workshops are available to provide SUPPORT TO ALL EMPLOYEES POST-VSPs. It gives users an opportunity to be heard and express ` themselves while building resilience, allowing them to move on and create a better future for themselves. SCOPE OF PROGRAM ` Emotional Impact Sessions These group sessions are available to help support staff in the aftermath of the VSP at Transnet. This session provides one-on-one support from highly skilled counsellors as and when is needed. These sessions will provide the team members with a forum in which to deal with the range of challenges faced post VSP. It gives them an opportunity to express their feelings in a contained, safe environment, providing team members with coping mechanisms to build resilience. SCOPE OF PROGRAM Change & Resilience The Leader This workshop assists managers, leaders and HR employees who are responsible for supporting others through the process post- VSP, and to personally deal with the changes and build resilience from a psycho social perspective. As a result of this training, leaders of change are equipped with the skills to build their own readiness for change as well as that of their employees, applied to both their work and personal lives. SCOPE OF PROGRAM Change & Resilience The Employee This workshop helps employees understand their own reactions to the change associated with the VSP and provides them with practical and emotional support, coping mechanisms, and the tools to build resilience to bounce back from the challenges faced as a result of the VSP.
