Best Supply Chain
Judging criteria
This award will go to the exporting company that, in the opinion of the judges, has made measurable progress towards
operating an integrated and collaborative supply chain, both internally across functions and with supply chain partners.
The judges will look for an integrated supply chain strategy that embraces the whole business process, from raw materials/
ingredients or component procurement to customer delivery. Judges will also look for companies that have applied innovative
thinking and measures to improve business performance and successfully engineered their supply chain to achieve greater
agility, profitability, efficiency and customer responsiveness.
Judges will award points for each of the following criteria based on a rating scale of 1 to 10, where 10 is measured as
exceptional.
If any criterion is not addressed, a standard score of 1 will be awarded. If the criterion is addressed, a minimum of 2 or more
will be awarded based on how well the application meets the stated criterion.
