RESOLUTION NO. 10 - 32
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE CHILDREN
AND WOMEN’S AFFAIRS (CAWA) IN THE AMOUNT OF =P=50,000.00
CHARGEABLE AGAINST OTHER MAINT. & OPER. EXPENSES (SP
ALLOCATION), TO DEFRAY VARIOUS EXPENSES IN CONNECTION
WITH THE CELEBRATION OF INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY ON
MARCH 6, 2010
WHEREAS, the Children and Women’s Affairs (CAWA) has come up with
program and activities that would highlight the celebration of International Women’s
Day on March 6, 2010;
WHEREAS, CAWA is requesting for financial assistance of =P=50,000.00 to
defray various expenses in connection with the celebration;
WHEREAS, this Body finds merit in the request;
NOW, THEREFORE, on Motion of Hon. SANTIAGO, duly seconded by Hons.
YU and SANTILLAN, it was
RESOLVED, to grant financial assistance to the Children and Women’s
Affairs (CAWA) in the amount of =P=50,000.00 chargeable against Other Maint. &
Oper. Expenses (SP Allocation), to defray various expenses in connection with the
celebration of International Women’s Day on March 6, 2010.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the City Mayor,
City Accountant, City Treasurer, City Budget Officer and the CAWA, this city, for
their information.
UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED: JANUARY 28, 2010.
