Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro” no. 23/96, 6/99, 59/2000 and 42/2004) and
Regulation on share and property sale by public tender (“Official Gazette of the
Republic of Montenegro” no. 65/2004), Republic of Montenegro, The Agency of

According to the Public Invitation for participation at a Public Tender for divestment
of 62,7123% of total capital of Economic Company JADRANSKO
BRODOGRADILIŠTE A.D. BIJELA (ADRIATIC SHIPYARD BIJELA), published
in magazines “Pobjeda”, “Danas”, “Lloyd′s List” on January 30th, 2006 (hereinafter
referred as: “Public Invitation”), The Agency of Montenegro for Economic
Restructuring and Foreign Investments hereby inform interested persons about
following:
The deadline for submission the binding offers is June 28th 2006, till 5.00 PM
(local time).
The remaining elements of Public Invitation stay unchangeable.
Tender Board is entitled to make changes of the Public Tender deadline.
All interested customers are invited to send all questions about the Tender, in English
language or official language in the Republic of Montenegro, on the following
