Abstract
This study aimed to get a valid answer (right) and reliable (trustworthy) and
provide empirical evidence on Influence Return On Asset (ROA), Price Earning
Ratio (PER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on stock prices of companies property
and real estate in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2015, partial and simultaneous.
The research strategy used is the strategy of associative research. Model
hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis (Multiple Regression
Analysis). The data in this research is secondary data. Secondary data in this
research is data audited financial statements and stock price sub-sector property &
real estate in 2014-2015. The population in this study are all companies sub-sector
property & real estate in 2015 as many as 49 companies. while samples in this study
were 30 companies sub-sector property & real estate listing on the Indonesian Stock
Exchange in 2014-2015.
The study concluded: 1) Return on Assets have a significant positive influence
on stock price on the Property and Real Estate Company listed on the Indonesia
Stock Exchange in 2014-2015, 2) Price Earning Ratio has a positive and significant
effect on stock prices at Property and Real Estate companies listed in Indonesia
stock Exchange in 2014-2015, 3) Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a positive effect but
not significant to the company's stock price on the Property and Real Estate listed on
the Indonesia stock Exchange in 2014-2015 and 4) Return on Assets (ROA), Price
Earning Ratio (PER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) simultaneously significant effect
on stock price of the Company's Property and Real Estate listed on the Indonesia
Stock Exchange in 2014-2015.
