Saturday Service 9/8/12 The Lord revealed that as the word was going forth last week faith was rising. And it got to a point when we closed the message...and I didn't have an ending...I was prompted by the Lord to call out a word of knowledge about backs, and people were healed. Glory to God. So as the word is going forth now...Say this: I believe that I receive from the word of God my healing now. Hallelujah Because His word is living, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. The word of God is living. So it is going forth...I am speaking to your spirits right now. Receive the word of the Lord...just receive. It's really easy to receive (hands outstretched towards God). You don't fight to receive...you just take hold of it as a child would. Unless you become like a child you will by no means enter into the kingdom of God. Jesus said that. Daddy...what do you have for us in your word tonight? We take hold of it...we receive what you have for us in your word...in Jesus name. Hallelujah "...And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth..." Matthew 28:18 (NKJV) …or the entire universe...seen or unseen. All authority has been given to me...all authority! Every bit of authority. That means Satan has no authority. Jesus has all authority...Satan has no authority...unless we come into agreement with him. We are legal residents on this earth. Satan is an illegal resident. So he tries to get us to release our authority to him, and then he can work on us. The battlefield is in the mind....our mind, will and emotions. But Jesus has all authority. "...Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. Matthew 28:19-20 (NKJV) Literally baptizing them into the name. ‘Name’ in Greek represents power and authority. 'I Am' is a prophetic present...Meaning I am right now with you...all the time. With is 'meta' ...translated 'in the sense of participation'. He is in us. He who is joined to the Lord is one spirit. In Christ we have authority and power. As joint heirs with Christ, we have what He has. That's Romans 8:17. "...and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together..." Romans 8:17 (NKJV) Whatever He has we have...have you meditated on this? The supernatural power of the transformed mind is when we start seeing things as He sees them. Diseases are going to dissolve because you are going to see yourself whole...and how God has made you. And what He has purchased for us on the cross. "...Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved..." Ephesians 1:3-6 (NKJV) Has blessed us...past tense...that means we IS blessed... He is writing to the church at Ephesus...so Paul is writing this is while we are here on earth. Spiritual blessing in the Greek is translated 'supernatural benefit'. As a Christian we are to minister from heaven to earth. The supernatural. Just as Jesus did. And we are starting to see the fruit of that. Because its the easiest thing to get people healed. It's not complicated. Gail said last Saturday, “Don't force it”. In 2 Cor. 6 it says we are co-workers with Him...we co-operate with Him. When we submit to His authority, we are able to minister from heaven to earth, just like Jesus did. Jesus is the perfect revelation of the Father. He who has seen me has seen the Father, Jesus said in John 14:9. So I look to see how Jesus ministered. One of the greatest chapters in the entire Bible... This is an incredible couple of days Jesus was involved in...after the storm rose up on the sea, and he rebuked the wind and said to the sea be silent, be still, and there was a great calm...right on the heels of this they come over to the Gadarenes. Mark 5 "...Then they came to the other side of the sea, to the country of the Gadarenes. And when He had come out of the boat, immediately there met Him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit (demons are unclean-and you get a sense of that when you are around somebody who is unclean...it is not a physical uncleanness because they can be spiffy... yet you sense something unclean about them.), who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no one could bind him, not even with chains, because he had often been bound with shackles and chains. And the chains had been pulled apart by him, and the shackles broken in pieces; neither could anyone tame him. (He had superhuman strength-he was empowered). And always, night and day, he was in the mountains and in the tombs, crying out and cutting himself with stones. When he saw Jesus from afar, he ran and worshiped Him. (So he sees Jesus from afar and he starts running towards Him and he bows down on His knees in homage to Jesus. How humiliating for Satan-to acknowledge the superiority of Christ). And he cried out with a loud voice and said, “What have I to do with You, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I implore You by God that You do not torment me.” (The anointing torments demons-the anointing is the Holy Spirit upon. Jesus did not go looking for this guy...neither should we go looking for demons. But when they manifest themselves we should respond with authority. Authority to use the power with which one is endued, it is the power of one whose commands must be obeyed. A ruler, a magistrate, a spiritual potentate. We are spiritual potentates)..." Father we stop right now and acknowledge Your power and the blood that covers us from all unrighteousness...and that no evil shall befall us nor shall any plague or stinking accident come near our dwelling...because we dwell in the secret place of the Most High...we set our heart affection upon You...Daddy we love You...Lord Jesus we adore You...Holy Spirit we embrace You...We adore You...Hallelujah We are on the winning side. "...For He said to him, “Come out of the man, unclean spirit!” Then He asked him, “What is your name?” (He changed His tactics...He did not always know how He was going to minister...He relied on the Holy Spirit. Jesus was stewarding the moment.) And he answered, saying, “My name is Legion; for we are many.” Also he begged Him earnestly that He would not send them out of the country. Now a large herd of swine was feeding there near the mountains. So all the demons begged Him, saying, “Send us to the swine, that we may enter them.” And at once Jesus gave them permission. Then the unclean spirits went out and entered the swine (there were about two thousand); and the herd ran violently down the steep place into the sea, and drowned in the sea. So those who fed the swine fled, and they told it in the city and in the country. And they went out to see what it was that had happened. Then they came to Jesus, and saw the one who had been demon-possessed and had the legion, sitting and clothed and in his right mind. And they were afraid. And those who saw it told them how it happened to him who had been demon-possessed, and about the swine. Then they began to plead with Him to depart from their region. And when He got into the boat, he who had been demonpossessed begged Him that he might be with Him. However, Jesus did not permit him, but said to him, “Go home to your friends, and tell them what great things the Lord has done for you, and how He has had compassion on you.” And he departed and began to proclaim in Decapolis all that Jesus had done for him; and all marveled. Now when Jesus had crossed over again by boat to the other side, a great multitude gathered to Him; and He was by the sea. And behold, one of the rulers of the synagogue came, Jairus by name. And when he saw Him, he fell at His feet (humbled himself) and begged Him earnestly, saying, “My little daughter lies at the point of death. Come and lay Your hands on her, that she may be healed, and she will live.” So Jesus went with him, and a great multitude followed Him and thronged Him. Now a certain woman had a flow of blood for twelve years, and had suffered many things from many physicians. She had spent all that she had and was no better, but rather grew worse. When she heard about Jesus, she came behind Him in the crowd and touched His garment. For she said, “If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well.” Immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction. And Jesus, immediately knowing in Himself that power had gone out of Him, turned around in the crowd and said, “Who touched My clothes?” (people were pressing in on Jesus...it was the touch of faith that put a demand on His anointing ...as she touched Him, she felt the life force of God going into her and healing her. Jesus felt-experienced the power leaving Him and going into her...its tangible. Sometimes we can feel these things when we lay hands on people. It is wonderful when it happens. We know the source is far superior to us. ) But His disciples said to Him, “You see the multitude thronging You, and You say, ‘Who touched Me?’ ” And He looked around to see her who had done this thing. But the woman, fearing and trembling, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell down before Him and told Him the whole truth. And He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction.” Jesus did not seek these people out- they came to Him. He stewarded the moment as he recognized what the Father was doing. Learning the many ways God communicates helps us to be in tune with the Holy Spirit and the possibilities. From Hosting the Presence by Bill Johnson One of the more encouraging possibilities that Jesus displayed is the fact that He didn’t always seem to know what to do ahead of time, but got His direction by seeing faith in another person. To me, this means that sometimes I can receive direction by seeing the heart response of another to the Holy Spirit’s work in them. Faith can exist in a person only through the work of God. So it stands to reason that I can see what the Father is doing by observing the faith in others. But if I’m not familiar with the realm of faith in me, it will be harder to see it in another...We will always fall short in this miracle realm if we only respond to the things that become perfectly clear. Some of the greatest breakthroughs I’ve ever seen came as we responded to a slight impression or an idea of what God might be doing. Our own faith will take us into the discovery of what the Father is doing. Last weekend someone came in and received a total overhaul of healing because we stewarded the moment. It was so incredibly easy. He said you lay hands on me and I'll be healed. So we laid hands on him and he was healed. No effort. It was his faith that made him whole. We all have more faith than we're using. "... assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there, ’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you..." Matthew 17:20 (NKJV) Our faith grows exceedingly. This word is going out right now to your spirit man. Just receive it. Receive the word of the Lord to you. Your faith has made you whole. Your faith has made you well. It is His power, His anointing, His grace...but our faith (it is actually His faith, but He's given it to us). We have the anointing. We host His presence. Smith Wigglesworth said this, "If you have to stop and pray for power you are backslidden". Think about it. Have you seen anybody in the Bible stop and pray for the power of God before they ministered? No. We have the power. What we’re learning is how to release the power to meet the present need. We come under His authority. We're sensitive to the faith in others, the circumstance, Father will reveal what He's doing if we cultivate our sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and we are aware and listen. Listen to what people are saying. It is so much fun to co-operate with the Lord. See what He's doing. And move in line with what He's doing. "...While He was still speaking, some came from the ruler of the synagogue’s house who said, “Your daughter is dead. Why trouble the Teacher any further?” As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken(words are spiritual containers, and they carry the substance of what is being communicated, and this word that was being spoken was releasing fear and torment to the father), He said to the ruler of the synagogue, “Do not be afraid; only believe.” (when you go to the doctor and get a bad report, just refuse to fear, because if you receive that word then you'll claim it and it will secure a foothold in you. ) And He permitted no one to follow Him except Peter, James, and John the brother of James. Then He came to the house of the ruler of the synagogue, and saw a tumult and those who wept and wailed loudly. 1When He came in, He said to them, “Why make this commotion and weep? The child is not dead, but sleeping.” And they ridiculed Him. But when He had put them all outside (he had authority because Jairus had invited Him in-and he ushered out all the unbelief), He took the father and the mother of the child, and those who were with Him, and entered where the child was lying. Then He took the child by the hand, and said to her, “Talitha, cumi, ” which is translated, “Little girl, I say to you, arise.” But He commanded them strictly that no one should know it, and said that something should be given her to eat..." Mark 5:1-43 (NKJV) Same account by a different person... "...But He put them all outside, took her by the hand and called, saying, “Little girl, arise.” Then her spirit returned, and she arose immediately. And He commanded that she be given something to eat. And her parents were astonished, but He charged them to tell no one what had happened..." Luke 8:54-56 (NKJV)
